To request any service to your website just fill in the form below. This form will ensure that we get your requests in a timely manner.
You will be billed for services rendered at the usual rate.

Attention Non-clients of Mateus Web Design:

Our rate is $45 per hour rounded up to the nearest 15 minute interval.
Minimum Fee is $45. If the requested work will take more than one hour then we will contact you for your approval. If we can’t fix your issue or are unable to edit your website we will refund your payment.

We will send you an email to verify your request for the work to be done to your website.

You will be billed for this service via email as well as USPS.

Non-clients of Mateus Web Design you must pay upfront $45 for initial service. If we are unable to fix your issue we will refund your money minus any fees taken out by PayPal. Depending on the seriousness of the problem we may contact you to discuss more options.

Please contact us if you would like to purchase one of our service plans. The most popular service plan is $149.00 per month, up to 4 hours of support per month (hours can not be carried over to the following months).

You have stated that you are NOT a current client of Mateus Web Design. Please note that we will do our best to fix the problem that you are having but we can not guarantee or assume any liability that may arise. Please proceed with the following information that is required for us to be able to get to the back-end of your website.

We work mostly on WordPress websites. We need your login information to the admin panel of your website. We do not encourage people to give out this information to anyone that you do not feel comfortable with. If you do not feel comfortable giving us this information then we can not help you. In some cases we may request via email your cPanel login information as well. DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING OUT THIS INFORMATION TO US.
